Text of Complaint by G D MAHESHWARI:

I replaced the old SIM with the new one yesterday. They promised it would work after 6 hours, however, it is over 18 hours but the new SIM is still not working. Second, their customer care is the lousiest, it will take over three minutes on the pre-recorded menu to reach nowhere. I simply wanted to speak to the customer care executive but it does not give options. Its like asking a critical patient to fill up unending lengthy form.
