I purchased a New SIM from Airtel on 20 July 2020. From that doesn’t get internet. can’t get even telephone call because of no net.i am fed up of this.ifi don’t get internet connection then what is the use of Airtel connection.once I called into your customer care service and tried to talk to your representative, he says he don’t know english.i surprised.i am from kerala.so how can I communicate with your person regarding my internet problems.if I don’t get it internet then I will stop using airtel.therefor I requesting to you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
