Text of Complaint by Mahuya Jana:

Dear Sir

I am a Jio susbscriber and using Jio Number for last few month. My phone were lost on 21st Jan 2019, accordingly i lodge a missing dairy in police station since the I am trying to collect a sim from My Jio Shop at

Reliance Digital Express Mini 

CIT ROAd’

KanKurgachi

Kolkata

everytime i visit , they give some excuse

Day 1 – at 7.30 p.m. they told the person handling is off duty, asked us to bring Photo and aadhar Card Copy

Day 2 at 6.00 p.m.  we went with the document the document they asked, again very reluctant and asked for the FIR. when we told that we will bring they told us to come tomorrow

Day 3.. we are with all document , again reluctant and asked us ti come in the evening.. now we lost our cool and raise our voice then they have given the sim

 

My complaint is about the attitude at your shop . not interested in giving service . may be only look for new connection and sale of the product.

we were informed that it take 7 day to activate the same. Do you think it is a logical if a running phone which was stolen will activate in 10 days .. if we can manage for 10days we can manage for whole life.

I hope a resonable reply else i ll port in other service provider
