on 20th June We took new SIM from your retail shop in Pimpri Pune for my phone number ‘9765948238’. I have submitted my proper documents to retailer. But he has done some mistake and due to that my new number not yet started.
We went to retailer shop from where I took new SIM and I got to know that there is some issue in YOUR SOFTWARE for Date of Birth. I think it is mentioned as 01/01/1900.
That retailer told me that to resolve this issue, I have to visit your Vodafone Store at Shivaji Nagar Pune.
So issue is present in your database and to resolve this issue why I have to visit Vodafone Store? And even I will submit the same document there. So why are you not working by Mail?
Another point is that, Every day I am getting one mail rely, telling that (every day) NEW EXECUTIVE will work on this issue. TO change or verify the Birth Date how many days you need it ?
Not good Service we are getting from Vodafone.
