Dear team,
This has reference to my recent laptop purchase from amazon dated on 12th October 2021. My order id is 403-5639778414834. I received my order on the 13th october but when I opened my items I found that the seal was broken and there were so many scratches on the rear and back of the laptop.

I had requested for the replacement but no one came to pick up the same. Then I requested for the return which was supposed to be completed on 14th october and I have been waiting since then after so many follow ups with the customer care team and no one has responded with a concrete reply yet.

This is a really unprofessional and unpleasant experience with the amazon purchase. I would request you to look into this matter on top most priority and refund my money. This has been more than 15 days and I have been continuously following up with the team but no one is helping me to get my refund.
