I am a sr. citizen I have purchase a jio phone2 on nov”18′ but handset not working properly. Everyday hang 2/3 time. I have gone to jio service centre Sealdah Big Bazar Kolkata 7/8 times and hot battary but they does update but no inprovd my handset. C.Ctv and my phone message by proved. In this circumastance request you please supply new handset box for replace or refund my money otherwise I knocking coCONSUMER FORUM.
