I have raised a request for new Jio Air Fiber connection on 26th March and person visited for KYC and payment on 3rd April and after making payment I got reference id and after an hrs I checked the status and it was showing as cancelled. I called customer care and the person who visited for KYC both said that same order will be processed and engineer will visit on 6th April for installation. On 6th when I called customer care they said order is cancelled and you will receive a refund in 22 days. My concern is I’m working from home and currently using mobile hotspot which is causing me an issue in my working. Problem is they are misleading customer by giving false information and I am raising a complaint against this misleading practices. Please take an appropriate action and help me with this.
