Dear sir I had applied for the following new connections and conversion of existing connection into optical fibre of Airtel Bharti. The sales executives and staff at the local airtel office is being extremely careless about our connections, we have made the payment as well. I need quick redressal of the same. here are the details:
1. Existing connection to be converted into optical fibre: 0562-4309933, registered number: 9958248766
2. Existing connection to be transferred at a new location and converted into optical fibre: 0562-4000924
3. A new connection for a third location which is again optical fibre.
Our existing internet at 1. above has not been working properly for 2 months now. The engineer comes, does something, and again the internet stops working. I need early redressal of my problem.
