. Most humbly with my both the hands folded urge your goodself to help me out as I am completely depressed now due to the regular failures of my continuous attempts to get new connection at my permanent address H. No 55, Green Avenue Extn., Baloki road, Haibowal Kalan, Ludhiana, Punjab.
Sir, I have applied already and paid Rs. 2288.60/- online in my name on 29/12/21 through Payment Document No. 253440243971 and Account No. 003007727959 of which I am attaching the copy of reciept for your kind reference.
Sir, I would be highly obliged if you kindly direct the concerned electicity department officials to establish my electricity connection at your earliest as I and my family is starving for electricity which is human basic need nowadays since a very long time.
