Text of Complaint by D.PRABHAHARAN:

My broadband connection request number: 42212576.

I had given a new connection request on 26t-Nov-2018. I got the OTP and shared it to the sales executive immediately on the same day. But until now, I am unable to reach that person. FYI, I have shared all my important documents like Aadhaar ID and photo. These documents are very sensitive in nature.
Till this moment, there is no update for me regarding the same. It is really shameful that you are not able to care even a new connection request. I wonder how the after sale service will be.

  1. Seems that ID proofs have been collected so many flat owners. No response yet, even after 11 days. So ridiculous.

  2. IS THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REALLY DEAD?

    THE WORST EVER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AMONG ALL THE ISP SERVICE PROVIDERS.

    MY APPLICATION WAS LOGGED IN ON 26th OF LAST MONTH. TILL NOW THE CONNECTION NOT GOT ACTIVATED.

    THIS MORNING AN EXECUTIVE SPOKE TO ME AND THEY STILL NEED FIVE MORE DAYS TO GIVE US THE SERVICES.

    SHAME ON AIRTEL.

    PATHETIC!

    THE SALES EXECUTIVE SEEMS TO HAVE COLLECTED SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS AND ADVANCE PAYMENT CHEQUES FROM OUR CO FLAT OWNERS AND NOT CONTACTABLE YET.
