  • I have got airtel one connection Rs 1999 plan a week back. I was already using airtel mobile and broadband service but DTH is just added under this plan. Earlier I was using Tata sky for almost 15 years and it was actually good. I am sorry to say but DTH service of Airtel is very poor compare to Tata sky. My DTH remote was not working from day 1 but technician Raju whose no is +919205446427 did not replace the remote even after one week despite of multiple calls and reminders and he requested not to register any complain for the same as connectionnis new and he will provide the new remote or repair/pair it correctly. Now today after waiting for one week i tried to register my complain at 12150 but after 3 min of wating, i have been told that it is related to airtel one and not Airtel DTH so my call transfered to airtel one…after 5 min if waiting my call got connected and then executive Satyam took 20 min to register my complain.. because system was slow. Though now my complain is registered but my experience with airtel one / airtel DTH is very bad so far.
