Text of Complaint by Hemalatha:

Requested for a new connection and also made a payment for that and it is been 4 days but no response and no connection of broadband. I also have payment proof if required I can send you the proof . I already choose different service provider and now I want a refund for the payment made to airtel. No need of connection any more from airtel. Contact details of the person whom I spoke for the broadband connection is 9676152244
