Dear Sir,

I had several time contact to TATA SKY but still issue is not resolved

 

Request you to intervention below mentioned case

I had refer Tata Sky to Uncle and he has buy on online with scheme 6 month free in rs 3052 ( 68 pay channel & 180 free) However service boy (Gourav) came dish set but nothing given any information of Tata sky operating and asking only rs 1552 instead of 3052 as per telephonic discussion with sales person also receipt not provided. I had paid 1552 still I am unable to view Channel. My uncle given 3052 but still not taking .

Write now I have called to call centre he has said there are no longer any scheme available .

1) As per scenario no co ordination with Sales team and services boy / wrong information provided by sales person/ service boy unknown about Tata sky scheme

2) Tata sky employees is not unknown company schemes hence isn’t service properly

3) I (my uncle) loss 2 days subscription due to Tata sky
Kindly provide for the same without any charges

Very disappointed services of Tata sky

If tata sky service will not started before today EOD than will be going TRAI & consumer forum
