Am Nagaraj from Hyderabad, KSR Towers Kondapur-500084, On 6th july 2019,I called the sales rep – GIRI – 9121015750 for internet, he got all the formalities completed and promised to get the connection installed by 7th july 2019. From that day till now as a customer I follow up with the team, but they are reckless, in-efficiency had totally broke a trust on ACT internet. After being follow up the area sales days that setup box has limited connections, so we need to install big box for additional connections… I need justice with the penalty forfalse promise …please help to penalise this service provider.
As a service provider team should be competent enough to keep the promise they make to the customer…..
