It has been pathetic experience in last 3 days with Airtel. We have paid the amount on 18th Jan morning and was told the broadband connection will done within 24hrs however, it is still pending. Screenshot below. The salesman,technician and all other official are just giving false statement frm last 4 days. I have been waiting in my home for them. Nobody is sure what is the issue and who is resolving. Giving you name of people who are involved with there numbers. Airtel is disgusting.

Alex- person who took document and made us pay the amount on 18th only.

Customer care supervisor. Pankaj and Vinay gave promise of completing it by 2PM. Now its 4..no one visited. Nobody giving real answer to my concern. Airtel sucks. I have also complained in National consumer forum. Hoping for some decency from Airtel..
