This is to inform you that I had applied for new boy connection on 17/6/2020 and on same day I had made the payment also but till date I haven’t received any call from technical team for installing the connection. I was alloted with two land-line numbers. First I was alloted with 01140154248 and today I have alloted with 01142765077. Whenever I call to customer care I was being replied by saying it will be surely done by evening or by tomorrow.
You are requested to please expedite the matter on priority basis and my connection installed at the earliest. Please do reply me @ 9818588062
