Text of Complaint by Teja:

Airtel team informed me that they will give new WIFI connnection within a day, so I have taken this connection & paid the amount of Rs.2828. It’s been 3 days but no connection yet and they are saying some issues in my area. Now I don’t want to take airtel and decided to cancel the connection. I have sent many emails to the team and called many times to cancel the connection. But they have been telling that the connection will be cancelled but no single message received on cancellation.

I need to cancel this conneciton ASAP and get my money back so that I can take other WIFI services
