Text of Complaint by Ratnadeep Chakraborty:

The garage person deputed for picking the car, have taken snaps of all mode. After sometime, garage personnel Mr. Ali, rang us and informed that front suspensions are badly damaged and needs immediate replacement along with brake oil, cleaning of A.C Coils etc and accordingly, informed a hefty amount of Rs. 22,000/- shall be charged in addition to normal servicing charges. However, we have agreed and given clearance for going ahead. On 18th the car has been delivered when we found that rear side of the car has not at all been cleaned, the petrol meter is also not working and door central locking system also not working properly. Initially the delivery man from the garage agreed and accepted to do the pending job immediately next day but when tried to contact him after two days, he did not bothered to lift the phone also. When informed the coordinator Mr. Prateek, initially he tried to rest the blame on our shoulder only, saying the petrometer was not working when car picked up, though rest of complaints he morally agreed but the services should be so kalash, we did not have any idea. Now I doubt whether the suspensions were also damaged or just cheated by increasing their bill with fake excuse, as also all other services like changing of engine oil, oil seal, servicing of A.C. etc. IN FUTURE WE SHALL NEVER OPT TO SERVICE OUR CAR WITH GOMECHANIC.
