I bough a new 5 start split AC from a dealer . The Whirlpool AC stopped working within 12 days of purchase .After a day the technician came because of the pressure from the dealer . They told compressor is defective and leaking .Till now there is no response when they will give a replacement which they denied .They told they will repair and give. I told i dont want a repaired product in the cost of new product .My 6 months baby got affected due to heat and admitted in hospital because of this . Worst quality and worst customer service .As i paid fully i have to wait for these irresponsible american company service . Its better to procure Voltas , daikin or japanese korean appliances .
