Most horrible service from Amazon, purchase that product along with 10 days return policy & receive damage product, but when communicate with Amazon for replacement the product or return the same and refund my amount they are simply doing drama.  after so many emails and calls still my problem not resolved after 14 days. Purchase Order no – 403-5311920-0743517 DATED 30th May 2021. Now Amazon customer care team asking me to communicate with seller & return that product & when seller received and inform amazon then only, they can refund. While I communicate with seller to return the same as seller also know that when I receive that time product was damaged conditions. Seller already ready to pick up my order but they are not able to do the same due to transportation issues on their side but amazon team neither help nor assist us on the same. They simply told they are just a platform between seller and customer, so they are not responsible to replacement or return if customer received any damage product. Amazon is doing a cheap business due to which customer is getting harassed and facing issues.

 

It’s all about the Amazon commissions from the seller what they received against any product sales…that is being understood….

Simply waste my 29,999/- bucks against a damage product which I buy from Amazon…..
