i had ordered plushies from a company known as plush toys. i came across the website through an ad in instagram. i had first ordered on 23 april 2023 and the amount was 315rs. when i checked the webiste they didnt show any ofthe order status. so i had called,messaged and even emailed them about it and no reply was given. the next time i made an account and then ordered on 9 may 2023 and the amount was 199rs. They showed that i had ordered it but didnt update me with anything else. today (8 july 2023) i just wanted to know if anything changed but i got to see that the website was down and alot of people has gone through the same issue. i just hope i get my refund. i even have my bills and transaction history and even the messages ive send them.
