My jio fiber gets disconnected very frequently for 6 hrs daily from 19 July. I applied for service request that same day. The engineer called next day but refused to come. And from then on it has been 4 days I m facing same issue. And I have received no help from jio team. It’s shows your service request is on hold?! How long?
