Text of Complaint by Babul Reddy:

Today Morning (24th Sept 2021) I did 558 Rupees Google Pay Recharge. But, By Mistake insted of Recharge My New Airtel Number, Did Old Airtel Number.

Old Airtel number: due to Technical problem from service provider changed old to new number, b’z the perticular Person is not available now.

Today Afternoon I visited AirtelCustomer Care Service Shop in MahabubNagar District/Town. But No Proper Response.
Immediately I was started calling 198 Airtel Vustomer Care Number. But N number of times I tried to talk with Customer Care Executive to discuss my problem to sortout, but, never connect to customer care executive, after first menu options, next time it won’t connect to proper keys and ,never give option to talk with Customer care executive.
Also tried other numbers 121, 09885808557, 09849098490 etc., But no use.
And also tried from Airtel App to check Chat, but no Success.

Please help me to Resolve my issues immediately.
