It shows All professionals busy in my area when I try to book on my phone, whereas my flatmate can easily book any slots she require.
She doesn’t have a membership, I do.
The app doesn’t even allow me choose next available slot whenever it is

I am unable to book for the last one month . Says “unfortunately you cannot book in this category” for all categories. The company doesn’t resolve or respond
Same here. Same thing is happening with me too. I was able to purchase the membership but since then haven’t been able to book any service.
