Text of Complaint by Swampa Chatterjee:

I was traveling from Chattikara (Vrindavan) to Gurgaon on 2nd of August 2025. My ticket was booked and I was traveling alone. The bus left the stipulated place before time and I kept calling the conductor of the bus (Pawan Kumar Tomar) for multiple times when I was just behind the bus. He made me chase the bus for 35 km. He did not stop the bus at all. I have traveled by Neugo Bus so many times but this was outrageous. He didn’t care when I told him that I am an lone female travelling. He stopped at the Dhaba where he usually stops. Besides the services that this bus provides is below average. The curtains and the bus remains dirty. There are usually mosquitoes and cockroaches. The curtains remain smelly. Sometimes some of the curtains are also missing. The same bus conductor has forced me in an earlier trip to switch my seat with someone else when he has seen multiple times that I travel alone. Sometimes I feel he does it with me intentionally. The bus usually waits for the passengers if they are five/ten minutes late but this one has been specially rude to me at multiple occasions. Today also where I was sitting the curtain was missing. I had to chase the bus for more than 35 kms and then sit in the sun without a curtain. Imagine my predicament. It’s written in the description when we book the bus that we would be provided with a bottle of water but usually it’s not provided. However they have bottles of bottle that they use to rinse their mouth after eating paan and gutka. The timings are also not very regular most of the times. Sometimes we reach very early. On my travel earlier to this, when I traveled from Gurgaon to Mathura(Chattikara) the bus was 2 and a half hour late and we kept waiting for the bus the whole time without any exact details with when the bus would come. The messages kept saying it’s reaching in half an hour, 5 mins, 10 mins and then it reached us after 2 and a half hour. They provide the option for live tracking but many times that live tracking is not available. And the times it is available, it is not exact. Sometimes they send the pnr number of one bus and sends another bus in place of it without any prior information on the app of red bus. of one bus and Now I am saying this because I travel twice or thrice in a month. Why do I travel with this bus so often if I have so many problems? It is because there is no other bus that goes directly from Gurgaon to Vrindavan. I have no other option. We have to tolerate all this after paying almost double the price that the state buses take for this travel.
