I had recharged for RS.399/- on 4.2.2019 for 84 days pack, on my mobile no.+918879374623. But unfortunately from the day I have recharged I am facing lot of connectivity problem, making it useless to recharge for such a long term.
If the issue is not resolved I would be compelled to Port to different network in future as this is just waste of money if I am not getting the derided services.
I therefore request you to please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
