I have recharged on my number 15/4/2020 but my network has very very bad connection and internet issues. When i search anything then i get error notification.
I can’t browse anything , and even i can not connect my network at 4g/3g/2g automatically mode but if i choose 4g net then my network is gone i just have to use 2g network and i can not do anything in that 2g network.
And i also complaint for the internet issues 15/04/2020 on vodafone complaint number 198 and my complaint no is 2545672672 and they told me that my complaint will be resolved within 21 April 2020 at 6:00 pm. But the notified me that my complaint was resolved by available results,but then also i can not get good internet speed.
I am a student i have to study online and have to get in touch with my students group online how could i study.
I just have to use 2g internet and have to get error.
i just have to browse at maximum 25 to 35 kbps how could i get internet speed.
And before this 599 rupees plan i have recharged of 79 rupees plan then i have got 200 mb 4g/3g/2g net for 28 days and in that recharge i can connect 4g internet 4g speed in my kitchen also and at very good 4g speed and now in 599 recharge i have got 1.5gb net for 1day then I don’t get my network connection,and can not use 4g internet and get very slow speed.
So i can say that This recharge plan i have cheated by their internet service very much, by not providing me internet speed provided before.
