I am using Airtel almost for a year. And in last 2 and half i have complaint to times against internet services provided by airtel. But there was no action taken for that complaint on 30 December 2021 ticket Id CLCNF3DEL20211230448357. On 18 March 2022 i again complaint for the same but didn’t get satisfactory answer from customer care. They are just avoiding responsibility. Even the senior staff was not bothered with the complainant. For the speed of internet I am sharing one screen shot.
