The normal signal strength should be around -40 to -50 dBm. But the signal strength I am getting is -121 dBm which is below worst. Airtel customer care always says that their team in working on the issue but it is never resolved. There are online class of students and teachers, myself giving final year exam but the network problem persist and we are not able to do any kind of work which requires internet. To do some downloading we have to go outdoor in open space or on terrace.
Kindly take action to resolve the issue as soon as possible
