I want to raised a complain against Airtel as it is not providing a promised quality network, all the ads on tv are just a show and a fake promise to consumers. I pay 199 per month anf I can’t even use my services. The Internet is horrible and don’t talk about calling because I can’t even reach the other person. Please Fix the service here in Shillong, I have also spoken to one of the customer support of Airtel one month back and she promisede that the issue will be solved,but its been a month and no progress in the network service. So Please Airtel don’t just give ads on tv but also do provide a good network.
