I have registered complaint regarding network issues several times, however there is no proper resolution provided yet and the complaints are getting closed without my confirmation. I am unable to make or receive calls also unable to use internet service from last 5-6 months and contacting customer care for the help they are just keep registering complaints and not providing resolution. My recent complaint number is 31-3801735703618. I had spoken with many superior in customer care and I was promised by them my services will not be BAR until the issue gets resolved and I will not be charged for rental, however I am still getting the payment reminders on daily basis and my service is disrupted. Kindly make my services unbar and waive off the bill charges until the issue gets resolved. Thank you.
