Hi Team,

I am getting messages that you will improve the network. But it’s been more than year I am not able to get a proper network at my home address.

However, the number 9773444761 is used by me but I travel abroad so I do not have complaints earlier but due to lockdown I am at home so my calls are getting dropped.

Also I have other 2 numbers 8082191099 and 9664901040which is used by mother and father and they are also facing the same issue.

I am not going to pay these bills unless and untill My problem doesn’t get rectify.

You guys call me and ask me the same information on call with different different associates of your company. But none of your employees helps me.

Day before yesterday told me that this issue will be escalate to higher authority but it seems nothing is happening.

I need a compensation and also I need my one year bill refunded because this is a ridiculous issue.

Also I need you’ll to provide me the email address to higher authority.
