 R/Sir…
With due regard I would like to intimate that my another cell bearing no. 9162026212, is automatically locked  since March2020. My ward try to know unlocked system at your store located at Patna (Bihar) and guided that my physical persant necessary for re-active the service. It is for your kind information that, I serve in phuntsholing (Bhutan) now a day and it is not possible from my side to physically present at store, owing to Covied-19 situation at this country.
As this valuable number is linked with valuable places, I felt inconvenience related the servicees.
In view of the above , it is requesting please re-activate the services against my cell or suggest me the procedure to how re-active my cell services immediately without appearing your store site.
My alternative cell no if it required.for any queries/assistant for continued reactive the service of my locked sim may please be intimate
