It’s been now around 4-5 months and everytime I gives a complaint regarding network flactuation in our area it’s not solved. I’ve talked with customer care executive for more than twice but on the other hand their assurance was it will be resolved but no, it’s not been resolved. How can one use those network if the problems were not solved. Been complaining since May 2021 but still the network remains the same. And when the electricity goes off the network too goes off and last but not the least appoint or employ those people who can speak and understand both English and Hindi. And teach those customer care executives to walk the talk not talk the walk.
