Sir,
This is Vipul Malsatar, From Anjar Kutch-370110, since last so many month i am facing network problem, in variouse places of Gujarat, Anjar Kutch -370110 is my residence, Gujarat Pipavav Port-365560, is my Work place., In Both Loacation am not satisfied with vodafone services, i am suffering so many problrms.
The same i have registered complaints with vodafone for location at Pipavav (Working PLace) They have registered my complain but not resolved.,
They are charging like hero, but in providing service like Big “0”.
In Last Month I have register a fresh complain., and i told him that, i will not paying the charges till resolve my issue., but they unable resolve the problem in few days., and they have discontiue my services., so i had done bill payment., after bill payment they forgotrn me. they didnot respond on my complain.,
Therefore i had register again fresh complain., in this month., and told them to dont discontinue my services, if you are not able to solve my issue., but again they have discontinued my calling & Internet services.,
Sir/Madam, due to lockdown period i dont use number “PORTABILITY” also i understant they also not able to resolve my problem., but they also have to understand abot the situation.
