My vodafone postpaid number -8592908080 have network poblem in last 1 year. Cant use mobile internet and calling fecility sometime. So i have complaint many times to vodafone customer care. They told me the isseu will solved zone. Again the same isseu i have requast to port my mobile number to any other network provider. But vodafone exicutives tell the same dont change to other provider. Your isseu will be solved within a week. But i have the same problem till now. And now somedays i cant call from this number. Very much problem. Especially my home area.
My exact hometown is kerala. Thrissur Dt. Chavakkad. Edakkazhiyoor. Village Aviyoor. Near AMUP school Aviyoor.
I hope i will get a sollution and i dont want to change to any other provider. Becase i have pay the bill everymonth. But this provider is not allow to use my tharif benefits. Thank you
