Jio customer support member
I am a new user of jio
After using no of network now I am using jio.
But I face lots of problem in a single month of use.
** First network problem is my biggest problem ..signal strength is not good.
** Secondly internet speed is extremely slow
I tested it’s speed its showing 90 kbps
While I using my face book my feeds can’t be relode..
Net surfing is impossible and can’t see a dream about any download through my phone.
Now I am thinking I have taken a wrong decision to swipe to jio network.
My residence area is angul it’s not a remote area any residence is 1 km far from railway station and also near to bus stand
