Sir/Madam
My Airtel Complaint Refrence No. is C4GSP20413659607 and this complaint was made on 11 April 2020
My number is 9935946424 I have been calling customer care from last eleven days in order to get info about the occuring problem that on my device with this number i am unable to use data service as there is another airtel user in my home and on that network i am not facing any such problem.
When i called your customer service representative they told me that i had to set my setting on mobile data 4g with data roaming on which i already did since the starting even though i am facing my internet problem .I had been using airtel and its internet data pack from past four years n used every kind of handset and never done this and everything worked perfectly.

I have been calling customer care since past 11 days and they says that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible now its being more than 11 days. And one of your representatives told me to wait till may last.
What the HELL IS GOING ON.
I am going to file a CONSUMER FORUM COMPLAINT against airtel customer care for neglecting my problem and wasting my time and doing noting and just giving lame excuses beacuse of their own mistake.
If the issue isn’t being resolved with next 24 hours u will face the consequences.
Airtel doesn’t deserve to be in group of Top 5 telecom companies in the world if this is the standard of your customer care service.
