I have been a Vodafone client for almost 8 years now. Recently I faced an issue with my number where in it got barred due to non payment of bill. On visit to the nearest store located at Karve Nagar Pune, I made a payment of my outstanding amount. Post all the discussions and change of billing plans , my number gets started. Suddenly post one hour , there is no network on my phone.
Assuming the current network issues with Vodafone ,I assumed that there might be some connection issues. To my dismay, there is no connectivity til evening . I again make a visit to another Vodafone store after making innumerable calls to customer care . On visit, I m informed I need to change my sim as its a sim issue. I get my sim changed and as informed the number should be up and running post 4 hrs . However, it doesn’t happen.
Again today , I make a visit to the voda store with a complaint. The lady there raised a complaint to some backend team which never responded.
Post 3 hrs wait , I again travel back to this store and I am yet again asked to change the sim as its the only option available. Sim changed for the second time.
Now its been more than 5 hrs and my network is still not available!!!!! This number has been my official number for years and it hasnt been working for 2 days now. I do not use any other alternate number also.
Honestly , it has been utter harassments for me because there is noooo store near my house . I have been searching for stores as per the addressed given
on store page , but to my shock the stores have been closed down. Then why are the addresses still showing up.
As a customer my only requirement is that my network should be up and running . But nooo. I have 2 vodafone users at home , bt there is no issues with their network.
Is it soo difficult to Understand what exactly is the concern with the sim. The ladies at the store have even checked it with different devices , yet the issue persist.
Can I please expect some kind of assistance on this urgently.My alternate number would be my husband’s number 7620217971 .
