Since the past 2 months I have been facing Network as well as Internet issues at my residence. there are only 1 bar of network coverage or “Emergency calls only” on my mobile. I have requested Vi several times to resolve the issue but every time they close the request without even checking if the issue has been resolved and everything goes in Vain.
We have been working from home and network is of utmost importance as without that we are not able to contact anyone for work/personal use.
3 of my family members use Vodafone and everyone faces the same issue and this has been informed to the customer care executives but they are not of any help at all.
I have been paying monthly post paid bill but without the network its a loss as i am unable to use my services at all and this has created a mental agony for us.
I am filing this complaint so they understand that every customer is important and we have right when we are not given proper service.
