Sir/madam,
Subject: unavailability of network issue.

There is no network availability near to our location. Because of that we are facing huge issue as we can’t able to do any internet regarding works. Even 4G had been updated but we had not received that network. Here nearly 50 families are been staying over with many children’s who can’t able to attend even the online classes too. As we need to move other location for any network related works or classes. And our location is border to kerala Tamil Nadu (Nilgiris and Wayanad border) as within 10 km there is network transmission tower but we can’t able to receive any network.
So please assist us in this problem, we had informed this in many ways but no positive response we had received. We hope a good reply for this.
