Calls keep dropping. Almost impossible to speak to anyone. Data services also affected. This has been happening since early Feb 2020. I have made a complaint to Vodafone and there is no resolution from their end at all. They still continue to charge for the services but refuse to rectify the issue. I have complaint via email, social media but still nothing. Highly frustrated.
