Hi, I have filed the first complaint regarding network issues [9538111718] in the area on the 13th of June 2019. 3 field officers have come over and checked and agreed that there is a network issue. There is absolutely no signal at all for almost 3 months now. My number is suspended now because the supervisor promised me twice that it will be fixed soon and they will give me a waiver for the time there was no network. Now the vodafone personnel are torturing me with calls and also threatening to pay thousands of rupees for no service. This is ridiculous and unfair. Please advise.
