I have been having network issues from the past 3 to 4 months and now from 3 days the network is completely dead. When tried reaching out to vodafone they want me to pay 50 rupees and get a replacement sim. Why do I have to pay for something that is thier fault. I am unable to make any outgoing calls or recieve any calls at all.
