Text of Complaint by Sumit Kumar Pandey:

I raised a complaint in Sep 2020 regarding network issues and doing regular follow up on the same but no resolution provided yet, every time getting a feedback thanks for the patience, will update you soon.
Therefore I requested for a network booster in Jan 2021 but I am getting a simple tablet wait –
“Hi! Your concern is highlighted to the respective team. We look forward for a quick resolution to it. Will keep you updated on DM.”

One of social media marketing team (twitter) called me on 11 Mar without knowing the full details of my complaint, when I asked her regarding the status she told me that she will give me a another call within 2 hrs on same day but till now no calls and no updates
I am writing here to update you all Airtel is very big company but they don’t bother about customer satisfaction / issues

My monthly plan is approx 2300 but I am unable to use the same
Because I have requested for network booster but no updates provided to me for installation of same
