I am using a vodafone postpaid redex plan since three months. Initially the signal strength and internet speed is good but after that i started facing issues due to poor network signals. Now the situation is so worse that i cannot use internet during calls. There is no way of filing written complaints as the emailid provided by them is invalid. I have decided to port the number but the reviews about other companies were same. Please tell is there any solution of this problem as due to corona internet becomes a necessity for our day to day life activities. Due to this issue i am not able to take online classes. Please do the needful
