Text of Complaint by Rafeeya Eram:

I’m getting 0.3 – 0.8 kbps at my home which is really low… I’m a student and due to this pandemic i have to take  6hrs  online classes daily and  the network really sucks!! I get disconnected every now and then.. i have conplained about this many times but no result was found.. its easy to claim that you have the fastest network now it’s time to prove it… I’ll  to port my sim if no response is found
