Hello,
I am using Airtel for many years, i was convert my prepaid to postpaid 3 years back (roughly). it was okay before aircel shutdown. after that i am facing heavy network connection issue in my office location (Tidel park) and resident area. i made complaint on April 1, 2018. after one year still my problem is not resolved (even so many calls to customer support). yesterday i couldnt able to send an email and also i cant able to download the images in whatsapp. regarding this i called customer support yesterday night (15.04.2019) they told me call me back at morning since they facing server down. i called Airtel CS by morning (16-04-2019) still they saying that server down and asking me to call me back after 4 hrs.
Really i am fed-up with airtel. no one in Customer Support and technical team not provide proper response.
i am paying Rs,400+ every month
Please guide me what i can do. i have recored all the conversation with CS and poor browsing screen records. i ill share my no if needed.
