Facing problem from 10th May 2020 and accordingly informed to Vodafone Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority over mail with all evidences.
But still Vodafone has not able to solve my issue and now they have started ignoring my follow ups mail also. Now they have raised the last month bill of which I have not used the services without call dropping.
As I am working from home for my office, I have to available on calls for all meetings. But due to this issue, I have a bad remarks from my superiors.
I wanted to resolve this issue permanently.
