Lot of network issues and also Mobile internet most of the times not working, even after so many complaints nothing is done by them , very poor services . Looks they take customer for granted. The problem increased after changed the plan from Pre Paid to Post paid 2 months ago as per their advise and things are from bad to worse , now paying also more with very poor connectivity while they advertise for better connectivity all the times. Noone is answering my mails from the last 2 months , I am extremely fedup with the provider I have taken family plan for another my no also 9711004746 alongwith this number as per the advice of their store, both numbers has same issues , feels cheated now. Surprisingly their written reply is always that they are unable to reach me , if they cant reach how they say that there is no issue , network is optimized etc and on top looks that consumer court also accepts this arguement.
